The revival of flapper fashion began a year earlier, however, when then-trend setter Kate Moss was spotted wearing a bolero that had all the hallmarks of the flapper girl. the fashion industry quickly picked up on it. Christian Dior graced the run way with their spring 2012 collection. All about flapper! For those that are not familar with a flapper dress it comes to the kness with the wide flare at the bottom. If your goal is to look as if you were in the 1920′s you can dress up the flapper dress with a hat, stockings and heels. the flapper look is very elegant.
